Dipped peanut butter sandwich cookies

4 ounces Ritz crackers; 1 sleive-see
1 cup White chocolate chips; or
Semisweet chocolate chips; o
Milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Shortening

Refrigerate. In a double boiler over simmering water melt choice of chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth. Dip sandwiches and place on waxed paper until chocolate hardens.
