Double chip macadamia cookies

Ingredients

¾ cup Sugar
¾ cup Brown sugar; packed
1 cup Butter; softened
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Macadamia nuts; chopped
12 ounces Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Vanilla milk chips; -=OR=-
1 cup White chocolate; coarse chop

Heat oven to 375~. In large mixer bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about 2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Continue beating, scraping often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes. By hand, stir in nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
