Easter egg sandwiches

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Hard-cooked eggs; peeled and chopped
½ cup Finely chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped green pepper; (optional)
2 tablespoons Finely chopped green onion
cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
A dash of pepper

Directions

Utensils: small bowl, measuring spoons and cups, spoon or fork for mixing, serrated knife

Mix all ingredients and spread on bread; makes 6 sandwiches.
