3 cups Sugar
2 cups Peanuts, Regular Or Spanish

Directions

Stir sugar slowly in a large frying pan over low heat. When melted to the color of clear caramel, add nuts. Pour onto a generously buttered cookie sheet. When cold, break up into small, bite-size pieces.

Yield: 24 small pieces
