Eggplant with tomatoes

2 Thin slices Eggplant (50gm)
2 teaspoons Butter (10gm)
¼ cup Canned tomatoes (50 gm)
½ teaspoon Chives, chopped (2gm)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown the eggplant in butter. Add salt and pepper. Heat tomatoes in a separate pan and pour over eggplant. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
