Quantity Ingredient
MASA Mixture
¾ pounds Spot Prawns; cut into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Saute the prawns quickly in the 2 Tbsp butter. Stir into the MASA mixture, pan juices and all. Roll about 2 Tbsp. in corn husks, tie the ends with a thin piece of corn husk or string and steam in a bamboo or vegetable steamer for about 30 minutes.
