Fat-free coleslaw (golden door)

Ingredients

6 | ounces | Thinly sliced green cabbage |
1½ | ounce | Thinly sliced red cabbage |
½ | Carrot; grated | |
¼ | cup | Diced red onions |
¼ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Kosher salt |
Directions
Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and sprinkle with parsley.
