Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Kangkon leaves, parboiled and cut into 2 inch pieces (similar to
Spinach)
1 cup Cherry tomatoes
½ cup Chopped onion
1 each Hot pepper (if more is desired add 2)
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare finadene sauce with tomatoes and pour over cooked leaves.

Serves 4.
