Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh fish (croakers, porgies, etc.)
2 teaspoons Powdered ginger or fresh ginger root; smashed
2 mediums Tomatoes; quartered
1 teaspoon MSG
1 each Lemon; juice of
4 cups Water
Salt and pepper taste
1 each Stalk scallion; diced

Directions

YIELD: 4 SERVINGS

Put all ingredients except lemon juice in a large sauce pan and simmer for 45 minutes. Bring serving, add lemon juice and diced scallion and serve.
