French-style baked eggs

Ingredients

6 Eggs, hard-cooked; chopped
ounce Shrimp; drained
¾ cup Half-and-half
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
¼ teaspoon Mustard, dry
Salt
Pepper
1 cup Cheese, sharp process
4 Buns; toasted

Directions

Combine eggs, shrimp, half-and-half, parsley, seasonings, and ½ cup cheese. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and heat 5 minutes. Serve on toasted buns.
