1 can Sliced peaches in heavy syrup
2½ cup Sugar
1 can Crushed pineapple with juice
2½ cup Sugar
2 eaches Jars maraschino cherries with juice
2½ cup Sugar

Directions

Mix peaches and 2½ cups sugar in a one-gallon container - a large apothecary, for example. Cover loosely and let stand at room temperature. Stir daily. On the 10th day, add the pineapple with juice and 2 ½ cups sugar. Stir daily. On the 20th day, cut the maraschino cherries in half and with juice add to the starter. Add 2 ½ cups sugar. Stir daily.
