Frozen fruit cocktail salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ pint Cream, whipped
2 cups Fruit cocktail, drained

Directions

Blend mayonnaise and whipped cream; fold in fruit cocktail. Pour into fruit cocktail cans; freeze until hard. Dip cans into hot water; cut bottom from cans. Push salad from can; slice. Serve on lettuce. Yield: 6 servings Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: The Pilot Club Cookbook.
