Fruit salad sorbet

Ingredients

225 grams Fresh/canned pineapple; peeled, core
; removed and cut
; into cubes
1 Mango; peeled, de-stoned
; and cut into cubes
1 Paw paw; peeled, deseeded
; and cut into cubes.
1 Orange; peeled and
; segmented
2 Lemons; juice
175 grams Icing sugar; (6oz)

Directions

Place prepared fruit into a liquidizer or food processor and process with the lemon juice.

Add icing sugar and process for 1 minute.

Pour into an ice cream maker or freezer tray with lid. Freeze until slushy approximately 2-3 hours.

Return the mixture to the processor and process until smooth, this breaks down the ice particles.

Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
