Directions
Peel the banana and cut into bite-sized chunks. Core the apple or pear and cut into bite-sized chunks. In one small bowl, combine the fruits and orange juice and toss to coat. Thread pieces of banana, apple or pear, and other desired fruits onto wooden toothpicks, using 2 to 3 pieces for each stack up. In the other small bowl, combine the cream cheese and enough milk to make it of a dipping consistency. Dip the fruit into the sauce and eat. Cover any leftover sauce and refrigerate. NOTE: You can make a fruit salad by simply drizzling the cream cheese sauce over the fruit in 2 bowls and eating. Yield: 2 serving Recipe By : TheCook121
