Fulkerson tomato pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Canned tomatoes, drained and slightly broken up
cup Well crumbled toasted bread
¾ cup Brown sugar
cup Melted butter
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Peheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small baking dish. Mix the tomatoes, bread crumbs, brown sugar, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to the baking dish and bake until the pudding bubbles and browns, about 50 minutes. Let cool a little before serving.
