Garlic croutons

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Slices bread
2 teaspoons Margarine
Paprika as desired
Garlic salt as desired *

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 F. Cut bread into ½-inch cubes. Melt margarine in a shallow baking pan.

Add bread cubes, toss lightly to coat. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic salt (* not included in sodium nutrient content).

Bake 20 minutes or until cubes are dry and browned.

Croutons may be stored in an airtight container for salads and soups.

Yield 1½ cups.
