Garlic pita chips

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 Pita bread; cut in quarters
½ cup Fresh parsley; chopped
2 Egg whites; lightly beaten
¼ cup Olive oil
3 Cloves garlic; finely chopped
½ teaspoon Coarse salt

Directions

Cut pita breads in quarters, then pull each quarter apart to make 64 triangles. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on triangles. Bake for about 15 minutes in a 300 oven until toasted. Cool; store in an airtight container.
