Garlic pumpernickel bread

cup Vegetable broth; or water
¼ cup Unsulphured molasses
¼ cup Olive oil
2 cups Rye flour
1 cup All-purpose flour; unbleached
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons Garlic powder; or
4 Cloves fresh garlic; minced
2 teaspoons Instant coffee
1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Vital wheat gluten
teaspoon Active dry yeast -Large Loaf * see note---
2 cups Vegetable broth; or water
cup Unsulphured molasses
cup Olive oil
3 cups Rye flour
cup All-purpose flour; unbleached
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon Garlic powder; or
6 Cloves fresh garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Instant coffee
2 teaspoons Cocoa powder
teaspoon Salt
5 teaspoons Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Directions

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use regular cycle or rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.

NOTES : *Light weight machines such as DAK & WELBILT will have problems handling the heavy dough in this recipe.
