Garlic soup^

2 | cups | Water |
1 | cup | Peeled garlic cloves |
1 | cup | Chopped peeled potatoes |
1 | cup | Chopped carrots |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Whipping cream, optinal |
Directions
Boil water, garlic, potatoes and carrots. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables, about 20-25 minutes. Puree. Season. Reheat, if needed. Drizzle with cream, if desired.
