cup Milk
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
6 tablespoons Brown sugar
teaspoon Active dry yeast
2⅔ cup Bread flour
¾ cup Rye flour
teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Ground ginger
¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves

Directions

Scald the milk. Stir in the butter and brown sugar. Let cool to room temp. Add the milk mixture and all remaining ingredients in the order suggested by the manual. Bake on basic bread setting.
