Ingredients

3 | cups | Sugar |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | cup | White corn syrup |
1 | tablespoon | Flavoring extract |
Food coloring |
Directions
Combine sugar water and syrup into heavy saucepan. Set candy thermometer in pan. Stir constantly. When the thermometer reaches 300 degrees (hard cracked), add in the flavoring and food coloring (only a few drops). Stir in and immediately pour into buttered 9 by 12 inch pan (depending on how thick you want the candy).
Let stand. Make sure mixture is completely harden before the next step.
