Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ kilograms Cauliflower; cut into medium
; sized flowerettes
3 Big potatoes; cubed
3 Tomatoes; finely chopped
1 Onion finely chopped
1 1 inch piece ginger
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon Haldi
1 teaspoon Garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Ghee
Sliced green chillies and chopped
; coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
