Green bean stir-fry with feta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 teaspoons Olive oil
40 grams Pine kernels; (1 1/2oz)
1 500 gram pac frozen green beans; sliced
1 Clove garlic; crushed
75 grams Black olives; stoned (3oz)
1 420 gram can red kidney beans; rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons Dry white wine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons Honey
200 grams Feta cheese; cubed

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok, or large frying pan.

Add the nuts and stir-fry until lightly browned, remove them from the wok.

Add the garlic to the wok and stir-fry.

Add the olives, kidney beans, wine, juice, thyme, honey and green beans, stir until hot.

Stir in the nuts and cheese, then serve.
