Green bean stir-fry with feta

40 | grams | Pine kernels; (1 1/2oz) |
1 | 500 gram pac frozen green beans; sliced | |
1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
75 | grams | Black olives; stoned (3oz) |
1 | 420 gram can red kidney beans; rinsed and drained | |
2 | tablespoons | Dry white wine |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
2 | teaspoons | Chopped fresh thyme |
2 | teaspoons | Honey |
200 | grams | Feta cheese; cubed |
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok, or large frying pan.
Add the nuts and stir-fry until lightly browned, remove them from the wok.
Add the garlic to the wok and stir-fry.
Add the olives, kidney beans, wine, juice, thyme, honey and green beans, stir until hot.
Stir in the nuts and cheese, then serve.
