Green-bean artichoke salad

2 packs Frozen green beans; ends removed; cut in half
1 can (small) artichoke hearts packed in water -or-
½ pounds Frozen artichoke hearts
1 Fresh red bell pepper; chopped -or_
1 can Pimiento; rinsed in cold water and chopped
4 Cloves garlic; minced fine
1 cup Red wine vinegar (or rice wine vinegar)
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Frozen Apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Tamari (or soy sauce)
