Hash brown casserole (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
32 ounces Package frozen hash browns thawed
¾ cup Melted butter or margarine
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Chopped onion
10¼ ounce Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
8 ounces Carton sour cream
2 cups Crushed corn flakes

Directions

Combine potatoes, half of the butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.

Stir well. Pour into a 2½ quart casserole. Pour remaining butter over crushed cereal. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
