Hearty shortcake

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Brown beef cubes |
| 10 | ounces | Frozen peas, cooked, drained |
| 3 | eaches | Eggs, hard cooked, diced |
| 1 | each | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Prepared mustard |
| 2 | cans | Cream of mushroom soup |
| ½ | cup | Beef broth |
| 3 | cups | Buttermilk biscuit mix *1 |
Directions
*1 all purpose Combine all ingredients except biscuit mix. Heat thoroughly, about 20 minutes.
Make biscuits by package directions ( may add ¾ cup shredded cheese) split hot biscuits in half and top with beef mixture.
