1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Crumbled sage POPOVERS:
8 tablespoons Butter
1 pack Mix
2 cups Milk
6 Eggs

Directions

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Herbed Popovers: Preheat oven to 400 and place 1 tb butter in each of 8 custard cups or popover molds. Place in oven to melt the butter. In a large bowl, combine mix, milk and eggs and stir with awire whisk until smooth. Pour into the prepared cups until ⅔ full.
