2 | ounces | Prawns; peeled and deveined |
2 | ounces | Chicken |
2 | ounces | Pork |
4 | ounces | Beansprouts |
3 | Cloves garlic; chopped | |
1 | Whole chilli | |
1 | Lemon; juice of | |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Cooking oil |
Directions
Slice the chicken, pork and prawns into thin strips. Wash the beansprouts.
Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic. Then add the pork, the chicken and then the prawns, stir well and cook for a minute. Add the noodles and stir fry, then add salt and soy sauce.
Just before transferring to a plate, add the beansprouts. Garnish with sliced chilli and lemon juice.
