Homemade lowfat pizza

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Pk yeast
1 cup Warm water
1 teaspoon Sugar (do not use S&L in this recipe)
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Lite salt, optional
**BASIC SAUCE**
1 can (263/4oz) Hunt's light spaghetti sauce
1 can (6oz) tomato paste
½ pounds Skinless white meat turkey, cooked and drained
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Dried basil
¼ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
**TOPPINGS**
1 can (8oz) mushroom stems and pieces, rinsed and drained
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
cup Grated nonfat mozzarella
¼ cup Nonfat Alpine Lace or Weight Watchers Parmesan cheese

Directions

CRUST

Dissolve yeast in ¼ cup water, and sugar and let stand 10 minutes.

Add remaining water, flour and salt and beat very well until dough is completely smooth. Dough will be sticky but no kneading is required.

Place in a bowl that has been sprayed with Pam. cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour. Punch down, divide in half and let stand 10 minutes. dough will be very elastic. Roll out into 2 8" circles.

Pizza: Place dough on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.

Spoon sauce on crust. Top with any combination of the above choices.

Sprinkle your choice of cheese on top. Bake at 450F. 8-10 minutes.
