Homemade spanish sausage (chorizo)

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Lean ground pork |
½ | cup | Cider vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
4 | cloves | Garlic; minced |
2 | tablespoons | Ground cumin |
¼ | cup | Cilantro; chopped |
⅛ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
Directions
A TASTE OF CUBA
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Blend throughly, then cover with plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Shape the sausage mixture into patties and fry in a large skillet over medium high heat until crispy brown on the outside and cooked through on inside, about 5 minutes on each side. REmove with a slotted spoon and serve, use in another recipe or freeze until needed.
