2 tablespoons Ground cloves
2 tablespoons Grated nutmeg
Chili Powder
5 eaches Dried hot chilies (2-3 In long)
2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dried marjoram
1 teaspoon Dried parsley
¼ teaspoon Dried savory
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Dried savory
1 teaspoon Powdered ginger
½ teaspoon Ground allspice
½ teaspoon Grated nutmeg
2 tablespoons Powdered ginger
2 tablespoons Ground white pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
Grind in spice mill till very
Fine.
