Honey sauce for bread pudding

cup Margarine, pareve
3 Egg yolks
1 tablespoon Honey
1 cup Sugar
cup Boiling water

Directions

Cream margarine and sugar. Add slightly beaten egg yolks and water and cook over very low flame until mixture thickens. Remove from flame and add honey. Serve over bread pudding.

Yield: ½ cup
