Honey-pear-butter crepes

Sweet Buckwheat Crepes (see
Recipe)
Honey-Pear Butter-----
1 cup Very ripe pear, peeled,
Cored and cubed
1 cup Butter -- softened
¼ cup Honey

Directions

Spread about 1-½ tablespoons Honey-Pear Butter evenly over surface of hot crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately.

Makes 8 filled crepes.

Honey-Pear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. Add butter and honey and process until completely smooth.

Makes about 2-¼ cups.
