1 | cup | Very ripe pear, peeled, |
Cored and cubed | ||
1 | cup | Butter -- softened |
¼ | cup | Honey |
Directions
Spread about 1-½ tablespoons Honey-Pear Butter evenly over surface of hot crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately.
Makes 8 filled crepes.
Honey-Pear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. Add butter and honey and process until completely smooth.
Makes about 2-¼ cups.
