Hoppin' john (black-eyed peas and bacon) bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
¼ teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Sugar
cup Flour, bread
½ cup Flour, wheat
¼ cup Bran
2 tablespoons Gluten
½ teaspoon Pepper, white
½ cup Bacon bits
1 teaspoon Onion, dried minced
1 cup Blackeyed peas, canned and drained
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
cup Water; very warm

Directions

Add all ingredients into pan in the order listed. Select white bread setting and press "Start".
