Hot spicy texas bbq sauce

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

3 | Onions; finely chopped, up to 4 | |
3 | Jalapeno chopped; up to 4 | |
8 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
1 | cup | Coffee; (strong and just black) |
1 | cup | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 | cup | Ketchup; Heinz is best |
½ | cup | Brown sugar |
¼ | cup | Apple cidar vinegar |
¼ | cup | Chili powder; (get a good kind!) |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Combine all and boil, and reduce heat to a simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every now and again. Puree (if you like) , and serve at room temp or warm.
Leftovers sauce can be kept refridged for 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
