Irish coffee cooler

1½ | cup | Strong freshly brewed black coffee |
5 | ounces | Irish whiskey |
2 | smalls | Scoops coffee ice cream |
1 | pint | Heavy cream |
2 | teaspoons | Sugar or to taste |
2 | teaspoons | Finely ground cinnamon mixed with: |
2 | teaspoons | Extra fine white sugar |
1 | Egg white |
Directions
Place chilled coffee, ice cream and sugar in blender and whip until frothy.
Add Irish whiskey and blend for 5 addition- al seconds. Whip heavy cream lightly, stopping before peaks are formed and place in a separate bowl. Mix sugar and cinna- mon until well-blended and set aside on a plate. Whip egg white very lightly with a fork so that it becomes a frothy liquid without being stiff. Dip chilled glasses in egg white, then into cinnamon mixture.
Pour blender mixture into glasses. Top off with lightly whipped cream spread evenly with a spoon on top of Irish coffee mixture. Do not stir.
Serves 2 generously.
