Irish shortbread

8 | ounces | Butter |
4 | ounces | Caster sugar |
8 | ounces | Plain flour |
2 | ounces | Cornflour |
Directions
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and cornflour. Cut into squares or into rounds and bake in a slow oven until done.
