¼ | pounds | Cheddar cheese, shredded (up to 1/2 cup) |
1 | can | Jalape=F1o chiles, (4 ounce) drained and chopped |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Saut onions in butter; add other ingredients and stir over low heat. Serve warm with corn chips or tostadas.
