Jesse's cafe beet pickles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 gallon Canned Beets -- undrained
1 cup Vinegar
¼ cup Pickling Spices -- tied in cheesecloth
1 cup Sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Simmer 10 mins, then let cool with the pickling spice remaining in the liquid. When cool, remove spices and store beets in refrigerator until ready to serve.
