Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Prepared cocoa
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 dash Salt
2 cups Water, boiling
2 cups Milk, scald

Directions

Mix cocoa, sugar and salt. Dilute with ½ cup boiling water to make a smooth paste. Add remaining water. Boil 1 minute. Turn into scalded milk. Beat for 2 minutes with a rotary beater.
