Judy's banana rum coconut tart

5 ounces Pkg
Grated)
ounce Granulated Sugar
ounce Butter
3 Eggs
¼ cup Pastry cream
1 Ripe
1 Capful
1 Pate Sablee or Pate Brisee
Tart shell
Powdered Sugar -- for
Garnish
Grated coconut -- (or fresh
Mashed banana
Dark rum

Directions

Method: Cream butter in mixing bowl. Add sugar & coconut. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add pastry cream, bananas & mix. Add rum & mix. Pour into Pate Sablee or Pate Brisee tart shell and bake at 350 for 30-35 min, or until done. Let cool & dust with powdered sugar.
