Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Green bananas; peeled & cut into rounds
1 cup Coconut cream
1 teaspoon Orange flower water; optional
½ cup Palm or brown sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. 3. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot.

NOTES : You can substitute coconut milk "lite" for the coconut cream to reduce fat and calories. I never bothered to get the orange flower water

and this tasted great anyway. It is very quick and the easiest thing I have

ever made.
