4 Servings
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
6 | Green bananas; peeled & cut into rounds | |
1 | cup | Coconut cream |
1 | teaspoon | Orange flower water; optional |
½ | cup | Palm or brown sugar |
1 | pinch | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. 3. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot.
NOTES : You can substitute coconut milk "lite" for the coconut cream to reduce fat and calories. I never bothered to get the orange flower water
and this tasted great anyway. It is very quick and the easiest thing I have
ever made.
