Lacey oatmeal cookies

¼ | cup | Butter |
½ | cup | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1 | cup | Oatmeal |
2 | tablespoons | Oatmeal |
1 | tablespoon | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
1 | Egg | |
4 | tablespoons | Almonds, finely ground |
Chocolate chips | ||
Raisins |
Directions
OPTIONAL
Melt butter. Add other ingredients. Line baking sheets with tin foil. Drop by teaspoon on to sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool 20 minutes.
***½ teaspoon makes 2½ inch cookies! NOTES : These were my favorites when I was growing up. I will never forget when Mom sent me a care package at camp and all the cookies crumbled together. Wow! Chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal cookiecrumbs were GREAT!!
