Directions
Boil lamb pieces, or mutton, to make a stock...skim off all the fat, and add fresh vegetables and barley. Simmer the mixture for between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the lamb. Add salt to taste...and you have a nice hearty simple soup recipe.
