Ingredients

6 Lasagna noodles
1 pounds Ground beef
1 Envelope taco seasoning mix
½ cup Water
1 can Chopped green chiles; 4oz
2 cups Monterey jack cheese; 8 oz
1 Container sour cream; 16oz
1 cup Ripe olives; sliced
1 can Refried beans; 15oz

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions;drain. While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and ½ cup water. Reduce heat to low; simmer 8-10 minutes, until beef is cooked and most of liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally. Stir in chiles. Cool slightly.

Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with vegetable spray. In medium bowl, gently mix cheese, sour cream and olives. Spread ½ of the beef mixture onto bottom of dish; cover with 3 noodles and layers of ½ each of the refried beans and cheese mixture. Top with 3 noodles and layers of the remaining beef mixture, beans and cheese mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
