Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 kilograms Pork belly
2 teaspoons Salt
5 Whole peppercorns
5 Cloves garlic, minced
Oil, for deep frying
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Pcs chili peppers

Directions

SAUCE

1. Boil pork in enough water with salt, peppercorns and garlic until tender. Drain.

2. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.

3. Mix together all ingredients for the sauce and serve with chopped lechon kawali.
