Lemon ginger bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 teaspoons Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
tablespoon Maple syrup
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
¾ cup Water

Directions

Add ingredients according to machine directions. I made a large loaf, Subtle flavor increase ginger.

NOTES : 12-27-94 Flour equivalent Large serves 10=3cups Medium serves 7 =2½ cups Small serves 5 =2 cups cycle white, sweet; timer setting; light to medium
