cup Whole Wheat Flour
cup White Flour
tablespoon Gluten
¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Butter
teaspoon Dry Lemon Peel
teaspoon Dry Orange Peel
1 cup Whole Cranberries; chopped coarse
½ tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
4 tablespoons Buttermilk Powder
cup Water; warmed

Directions

Chop cranberries. Drizzle with Maple syrup and stir together. Place ingred. In bread machine according to manufacturers instructions.

Adjust water or flour as needed. Cook on White Bread Cycle. Raised up to vent. Delicious fruit flavor. Definite DO AGAIN!
