Long island iced tea

Ingredients

| ½ | ounce | Gin |
| ½ | ounce | Light rum |
| ¼ | ounce | Tequila |
| ½ | ounce | Triple sec |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice -- or to |
| Taste | ||
| 6 | ounces | Cola -- or to fill |
| Cracked ice | ||
| Ice cubes | ||
Directions
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add liquors and lemon juice (but NOT the cola). Shake and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Fill with cola. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint and serve with a straw and an iced tea spoon.
