Mandarin orange spice chicken

4 | Mandarin Orange Spice tea bags | |
4 | Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed into 1-inch squares | |
2½ | cup | Water |
2 | teaspoons | Crushed garlic (3 cloves) |
2 | tablespoons | Light soy sauce |
½ | cup | Flour |
4 | tablespoons | Peanut oil |
Directions
"These chicken pieces make nice hord d'ourvres at a coctail party, or you can bring them along on a family picnic. You can always tell the kids these are chicken nuggets." Combine the tea bags, chicken, water, garlic, and soy sauce. Marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best). Remove the chicken and coat each peice in flour. Saute the chicken cubes over medium heat in peanut oil until golden brown and cooked through (about 10 minutes).
